Faraday is an AI-powered email client that provides intelligent email management, organization, search, and composition features. The Service processes your email data using artificial intelligence to enhance your email experience through automated categorization, smart search, and productivity features. No human is involved in this email processing.

4. User Accounts and Eligibility

4.1 Account Creation

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.
• THE SERVICE IS SIGNIFICANTLY BASED ON ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, WHICH CAN BE INACCURATE, AND CAN MAKE MISTAKES. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR OTHER TANGIBLE OR INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, THOUGH WE IMPLEMENT REASONABLE BACKUP MEASURES.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

14.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

14.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice.

14.3 Effect of Termination
