Yes, Faraday has a shiny desktop app for Mac. It's the lightest one you'll find. Just 10 MB in size. Natively built, super-fast, and needs lesser RAM than Apple Notes 🙂. If you are on a Macbook, it's the best way to access Faraday. Download it here.
How secure is it?
Extremely secure. Faraday was built with the highest security standards from day two itself. It is encrypted in-transit and at-rest. Plus there is additional double encryption. Using AES-256 protocols - the best out there, even resistant to quantum attacks. We are ESOF certified and Google verified. No AI is trained on your email data. There are no humans involved in any email processing either.
What's the catch? Do you sell my data?
There is no catch. Faraday does not sell or share your data. We really don't know how to. Your privacy is of utmost importance here.
Have you really filed for patents?
Yes, we have! In the course of Faraday's development, we filed two patent applications that would cover the breadth of technological implementations we ended up inventing here. These were towards building a unique process pipeline to ensure data privacy, and an innovative software architecture to deliver an efficient performance.
